At HKS Online Shop, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by offering a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your product.

Important Notes:

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Refunds will have a €5 deduction to cover initial shipping costs.
  • The processing of returns or exchanges may take 5-10 working days.

Exchange Policy

1. What if I need to replace the product size?

  • If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, pack the product in its original packaging with all accompanying tags.
  • Ship the package to our provided office address (to be shared upon request).
  • Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will process the exchange for the correct size, subject to availability.
  • This process may take 4-6 working days.

2. What if I want to exchange the product with another item?

  • If you’re not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it for another, pack the product in its original packaging with all accompanying tags.
  • Ship the package to our provided office address (to be shared upon request).
  • Once we receive the product, we will process the exchange for the new item(s), subject to availability.
  • This process may take 4-6 working days.

Return Policy

1. What if I wish to return my product?

  • If you’re not satisfied with the product and wish to return it, send the product to our office address (to be provided when filing a return).
  • Once we receive the product and confirm it is unused and intact, we will process your refund.

2. How will I receive my refund?
You can choose between the following refund options:

  • Bank Transfer: Refunds will be transferred directly to your provided account.
  • A €5 deduction will apply to the total refund amount.
  • Refund processing may take 5-10 working days.
