Shipping Policy

At HKS Online Shop, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our valued customers. Please review the following shipping guidelines:


Processing and Delivery Time

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays in France will be processed on the next working day.
  • Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. However, during busy periods such as sales events or holidays, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
  • There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Order Confirmation and Payment

  • If an order is canceled or not received by the customer for any reason, a 10% advance payment will be required for the next order.
  • For orders exceeding 150, customers must deposit 10% of the order amount as an advance payment.

Delivery Address

  • Orders will be delivered to the home or office address provided at the time of order placement.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt of the order.

Delivery Attempts

  • We will make up to two delivery attempts to the specified address.
  • If both attempts are unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery or pickup option.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate for all orders.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above 100.

Refund Deductions

  • If you wish to refund your order as per our Return & Exchange Policy, a small deduction will be applied to cover initial shipping costs.
